FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. CAN I GET IT NEXT DAY?
Maybe! We offer overnight delivery via USPS Express Mail and UPS Next Day Air at additional cost. While Express Mail is usually less expensive than UPS, note that it is next-day delivery for major cities and suburbs, and 2nd day for other locations. If you live in Godebo Oklahoma, forget it! Small, out-of-the-way locations will have to settle for 2d day delivery. It has nothing to do with us, but has everything to do with how far from a commercial airport you are located. You MUST place your order by noon Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, for it to be shipped by us the same day. We also offer Priority Mail, for less cost, and it averages 2 to 3 days delivery to most locations.
2. I DON'T TRUST ONLINE STORES WITH MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, WHAT CAN I DO?
We understand your concerns... However, we have taken every precaution to protect your personal information, just as we would our own. When going through the checkout process, your browser will display a lock or key symbol at the bottom of the window. This assures you that the information you enter is being sent over the internet in a protected manner (encrypted) so that no one can see it. Second, your credit card information is NOT stored on our computer. Because of these security measures, online shopping is as safe as using your credit card in a store or restaurant, and much more convenient! If you still prefer to not order online, you may call us toll free at 1-800-328-0701 to place your entire order by phone. Or, you may mail your order to us with a check or money order.
3. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and DISCOVER online. For checks or money orders, please call our toll free number. We will be happy to assist you.
4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
No, we only ship to USPS addresses.
5. DO YOU SHIP TO GUAM, VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO, ETC?
Yes, these are U.S. possessions and normal domestic postage rates apply.
6. DO YOU SHIP VIA UPS, FEDEX, ETC?
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) but will make arrangements if necessary.
7. I'M NEW TO ONLINE SHOPPING, GIVE ME SOME AID AND COMFORT
Online shopping is just as safe and secure as any other form of credit card shopping. If at any point you feel you might have made a mistake or are wondering if the transaction went through or fell into some cyber hole, give us a call.
